Be The Change aims to shift the gender conversation from being a women’s issue to one that engages men and gives them permission to enter the conversation and more actively support women. The hero long form film was double layered and created in a sit-com style to encourage men to lean in and not switch off from the conversation. Lots of men hated it. We wonder why that is…(we don’t).
